Returns, refunds and store credits policy

Items may be returned for a refund within 14 days of purchase with original receipt.

Items may be returned for store credit within 30 days of purchase with original receipt.

No returns or refunds on books and CD’s/DVD's

Items must be in original packaging and condition.

Violins:
Over $1000.00 | We offer 75% of the original price as trade-in - less repairs.

Under $1000.00 | We offer 50% of the origina pricel as trade-in - less repairs.

Cellos:
Over $2500.00 | We offer 75% of the original price as trade-in - less repairs.

Under $2500.00 | We offer 50% of the original price as trade-in - less repairs.

Basses:
Over $3000.00 | We offer 75% of the original price as trade-in - less repairs.

Under $3000.00 | We offer 50% of the original price as trade-in - less repairs. 

Bows:
Over $250.00 purchased here | We offer 50% of the original price as trade-in - less repairs.

Instrument trade-in purchased elsewhere

Will be considered on an individual basis.

We do not take cases or accessories on trade-in.

Approvals

Instruments may be let out on approval for a maximum length of seven days.

A maximum of three instruments may be taken out on approval at a time.

Trade-in policy

The customer must be trading towards an instrument of equal or greater value to get the full trade-in amount.

We do not buy back instruments.

The customer must be trading towards another instrument of the same classification, e.g., trading a Violin for a Violin or a Cello for a Cello.

We will not refund any unused trade-in amount.

The trade-in amount can only be used towards the purchase of another instrument and not towards books and/or accessories.
